Mediacom Communications today announced the appointment of Gavin Throckmorton as Group Vice President of Mobile Strategy, bringing more than two and a half decades of telecommunications experience to the company as it continues to develop and expand its mobile business. Throckmorton is a highly experienced telecommunications executive whose career spans facilities-based mobile carriers and mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), with leadership experience in product management, business development, pricing and packaging, and operations.
