As a current Xtream Powered by Mediacom customer, here are a few important things to know to help ensure a smooth transition.
You may be able to take your current equipment with you. If not, you'll receive new equipment at your new location.
Home Phone Number
Depending on your new address, you may be able to keep your current home phone number.
Most Channels may be the exact same at your new address. View the channel guide to see.
Email & Other Accounts
There should be no interruption in your email service or account usernames and passwords.

Remember the following 5 things when getting Xtream Powered by Mediacom installed.
1 Power On
Make sure your electricity is turned on. We can't hook you up without power.
2 Be Specific
When placing your order, let us know exactly what you need. We cannot add cable boxes, etc. on day of installation.
3 Be Reachable
Your cell phone is the best way for us to contact you and for you to contact us.
4 Adult Required
Our technicians can only install your services when an adult, 18+ years old, is present.
5 Get Going
Prior to our tech leaving, make sure you understand how to operate all your devices, as well as enter user names and passwords.
