Our By the Gig plan allows you to purchase your data in 1 GIG increments. You will be notified when you reach 75% usage, and 90% usage, and at 100% usage you will receive another notification and an automatic top-up of your data for an additional 1 GIG, and $15. This ensures that you won't be stuck without any data when you need it most. This data will last for the current billing period and does not roll over.

Mediacom mobile customers must enroll in autopay and paperless billing. You can view our autopay terms here.

Yes! Yes, you have the option to keep your current phone number when switching to Mediacom Mobile. This process is commonly referred to as 'porting'.

Terms and Conditions

One-time/other costs. . Advertised price is “all-in” price for promotional package that includes 1 Gig Internet, modem and Advanced WiFi and 1 Unlimited Mobile line for the stated promotional period and does not include one-time installation fee (currently $75) or activation fee (currently $25). Advertised price includes recurring taxes/governmental charges now in effect based solely on Mediacom Mobile usage/charges, but not those based on Internet or other services. Package price is $140 in year 3 and $170 in year 4. Thereafter, then-current standard rates for 1 Gig Internet (currently $110), unlimited mobile line (currently $40), modem (currently $15) and Advanced WiFi (currently $15) will apply. Offer requires keeping all services and equipment in the package; standard pricing/terms will apply during promotional term if any portion of package terminated. A $15/mo. charge will apply if you terminate all services and retain mobile service. Rental of Mediacom modem or router not required after year 3. Standard rates may change and are published on rate cards.
