2022 FCC EEO Report (Equal Employment Opportunity)
As required by the Federal Communications Commission, Mediacom Communications Corporation is providing equal employment opportunity program information to outline our full-time vacancies filled during the preceding year, identified by job title. The recruitment source(s) utilized to fill the vacancy and the recruitment source that referred the hiree for each full-time vacancy during the preceding year. Data reflecting the total number of persons interviewed for full time vacancies and the total number of interviews referred by each recruitment source, as well as a list and brief description of recruitment initiatives during the preceding year.
Each report is separated into five sections designated by tabs on an Excel spreadsheet. Tab one details the total number of full-time vacancies filled, as well as the total number of candidates interviewed during the designated reporting period. Tab two details the full-time positions we have filled, as well as the hire source. Tab three details the sources we used to fill full-time positions and the number of interviewees from each source. Tab four details recruitment initiatives that we have attended, hosted, initiated, or engaged in. Tab five details the organizations that received our job postings.
