How do I set up Windows Live Mail on Windows 7?
Click on Add e-mail account on the left side.
In the E-mail address field, enter your full E-Mail Address. In the Password field, enter your password. It is recommended that you leave Remember Password checked. In the Display Name field, type in your name. Last, check the box for Manually configure server settings for e-mail account, then click Next.
In the Incoming Server Information section, select the Incoming mail server field and type mail.mediacombb.net. Check the box immediately below this line that says This server requires a secure connection (SSL), and set the Port to 995.
In the Outgoing Server Information section, select the Outgoing mail server field and type mail.mediacombb.net. Check the box immediately below this line that says This server requires a secure connection (SSL), and set the Port to 465. Check the box labeled My outgoing server requires authentication, then click Next.
Then click Finish. This will return you to the main screen.
Next, click on the Tools menu at the top of your screen. If there is no menu bar at the top, try pressing the Alt key on your keyboard and releasing it. This should cause the menu to display. In the Tools menu, click Accounts.
Click on your new account on the left, and click Properties on the right.
Click the Servers tab at the top of the window, and then click the Settings button at the bottom.
In the Outgoing Mail Server window, select the Log on using option. In the Account name field, enter your full E-Mail Address, and in the Password field enter your password, then click Ok.
Finally, click the Ok button, followed by the Close button, and your account is fully set up!
