How do I add a new user in Mediacom iHelp?
On the MediacomToday homepage, click on Reset Password/Manage Email Accounts
A new window will open: The iHelp Welcome page. Click on the here link in the line that says Please click here to enter.
In the box labeled Username, type in the full email address of the Owner account, then type the password in the Password box, then click Submit.
Next, click on Add Associate E-Mail account. This will bring up a form for you to fill out. All fields with a red asterisk (*) need to be filled in, then click Submit.
If the E-Mail Address you have chosen is taken by another user, the same page will come up, and the following error will appear. "Requested email address is not available. Please enter a new emailId." If this occurs, please choose a new E-Mail Address.
