Xtream Internet Offers Offers and packages may be changed or terminated at any time without notice, may not be available in all areas, cannot be combined with any other offer, are not transferable and are void where prohibited. Advertised prices are promotional offers available to new customers only who have not subscribed to Mediacom in the last 90 days and is $10 more if not enrolled in autopay & paperless billing. Standard rates for each component service/product will apply after the stated promotional period; current standard rates can be found at mediacomcable.com/rate-card and are subject to change The advertised price does not include the following charges (which may increase from time to time): one-time standard installation fee ($75, more if special work needed); a one-time $20 activation fee; optional monthly modem rental fee, currently $14.00; taxes and other amounts required by law; or fees for optional services or equipment.

Internet Service Terms - Downstream Monthly Usage Allowances and Additional Usage Fees: Internet plans that include a Downstream Monthly Usage Allowance are subject to an Additional Usage Fee of $10 for each additional whole or partial block of 50GB of usage.

Potential Reduced Speeds for Upstream Usage: All wired Internet service plans are subject to an upstream bandwidth usage threshold of 1 TB whereby exceeding the threshold may result in upload speed being reduced no more than 50% for the remainder of the billing month. WiFi360Pro: Includes 2 eero WiFi units and eero secure service. Number of eero devices needed for optimal results depends on residence size, number of connected computers/devices, overall network usage and other factors. If needed, additional eero devices may be rented (currently, at $5/month each). Use of eero products and services requires the eero app and a smartphone or other mobile device. eero is independent of Mediacom and requires you to create an account with eero through its app, provide eero certain information (such as your name, email address and phone number) and agree to its separate service terms. See eero.com/legal for details. Mediacom reserves the right to change or substitute eero or any other component in WiFi360pro.

Xumo Stream Box: Must subscribe to Xtream Internet service. No monthly service fee for first box. Additional Xumo Stream Boxes can be ordered for $5/mo service fee. Limit of 6 boxes per account. All Xumo Stream Boxes remain the property of Mediacom unless purchased by customer. Separate subscriptions are required to view content through various paid applications.
