Recurring Online Payments
When you register to pay your bill online, you have the freedom to access your account from your home, your office or any computer with Internet access.
Mediacom customers (cable television, Internet, telephone or other services) can make a recurring online payment for their monthly bill by authorizing any of the following methods:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) deduction
- from their savings or checking accounts
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
With recurring payments, customers can view their current billing statements or account history/status online, and download statements. With a recurring payment, you never have to worry about a late bill payment again. Single Online Payments
Mediacom customers can make a single online payment for their monthly bill by choosing any of the following choosing any of the following methods:
- Make a one-time payment using your checking or savings account
- Make a one-time payment using your debit card
- Make a one-time payment using your credit card

Automated Phone Payments
You may pay your Mediacom bill automatically by telephone by calling 1-855-MEDIACOM or 1-855-633-4226. It's quick, easy, and secure; all you need is your Mediacom account number and your credit card or bank account number.
You can mail or drop off your payment at your local Mediacom Payment Center (address is on your bill).
