Voicemail Passcode

When you first set up your voicemail you will be prompted to set up a passcode upon reaching the system.

The Voicemail passcode can be any combination of numbers and must be between four and ten digits in length. However, the passcode cannot be the last four digits of the phone number and it cannot contain a # pound or a star. Customers are allowed three failed attempts before the call terminates.

You can change the passcode anytime by Selecting Personal Options (3) from the main menu. Then, once there select Change passcode (4).
