Access My Phone Records

Phone records are available for our customers on our My Account webpage.

If you don’t have an online account you can set one up by following the link below.

If you have an account set up, click on the “Customer login” button on the top right of this support page.

You will be taken to your account services area. On the “Current Statement” you will see a link called “View Mediacom Phone Service Details” ,directly above the Account Summary. Once you click that link you can access the records for the calls you made in the prior 30 days.
