Reset my password
The administrator assigns the initial password.  Depending on your configuration, you may be able to change your password.  If you can change your password, the Change Password option is listed on the Preferences, General tab.
If you are able to access your account, follow the below instructions to change your password.
Click the Preferences tab.
Select the General tab and in Login Options, click Change Password.

Enter your old password,  enter your new password, and retype your new password to confirm. 

Note:  Your password cannot contain accented characters, such as these letters:  ñ, é, ö, etc.

Click Change password.  Your password has been changed.
  If you are not able to access your account, or have your password saved and cannot remember it, you may still reset your password via our homepage.
 
On the MediacomToday homepage, click on Reset Password/Manage Email Accounts

A new window will open:  The iHelp Welcome page.  Click on the here link in the line that says Please click here to enter.

In the box labeled Username, type in your full email address.

Click the Forgot Password? link below.

The system will ask your security question.  This question was chosen when you set up your email address.  In the Security Answer field, type in the correct answer, then click Submit.

On the Change Password page, enter the new password you would like in both fields.

Click Submit.
