I am having difficulties accessing ON DEMAND and Karaoke features once again.  I am no longer having the issues of the regular cable channels freezing or anything else with the regular cable channels,only Karaoke and Movies On Demand are inconsistently working. They seem to be temperamental.We will be using one karaoke song and it will play all the way through.  Then we will play another one and it will freeze in the middle of it.  Sometimes it restarts, and some times we have to exit out and restart it. Some dont even start at all.  The main issue with the Movies on Demand is it not starting the movie and then I get an error message like the one referenced above. I also get a message that there is trouble connecting the video. I have tried unplugging the box and letting it reset and sometimes that works for a little while with the karaoke and most of the time it hasn't worked with the Movies on Demand.  I'm glad that these issues arent happening with the regular channels but this in kind of inconvenient when we want do watch a movie or do karaoke as a family.  Because we never know if its going to work or not.

Thank you for letting us know about this problem. Do you mind if I send a few signals to your cable box to see if I can clear up the issue? These signals will cause the box to rest, so if you are in the middle of watching something, you might want me to hold off on sending the signals. Either way, just let me know.

Not a problem. I have sent the first set of signals. If this does not clear up the issue, please let me know and there is another stronger signals that I can try. If that does not work as well, we will need to set up an appointment for a technician to come out and look into the problem.

Not a problem, just out of curiosity, how long has this problem been going on for? When I just pulled your account back up I saw a notice saying that there is a reported issue with Video on Demand in your area.

Had all wires and connections and cable box on the outside of the house replaced last Tuesday.  Worked fine for a couple of days.  Makes me feel better knowing there are issues and it's not just my issue. Please let me know when these issues should be resolved.  Thanks>>>>

Checked the karaoke on demand and I am still receiving the error message.

The outage has now been cleared. We may need to send a signal to your box if it is not working. When you get a chance can you check this and let me know if its working or not?
