Can not get into the Home Network Manager. I e-mailed Customer Support for help and got - If you have forgotten you password to log onto the Clear Access manager you will need to go to https://homewifi.mediacomcable.com
click the link “Forgot your password?”
But that link does get you to CLearVision but there is no Forgot your Password link. I use to get in by my mediacom e-mail address and password you guys setup when you installed the Internet but the ClearVision does not take them.
If a separate user and password was setup, I do not remember doing so and if so how do I find out what it is?
I ttied to attach a screen print to show that the Forgot is not there but your Attach could not do it.
