Well, thanks for the update but that doesn't really help me at all. "Plans to update the rest of the area" could take weeks, months, or years. I think it's best that I stay with Verizon, who is at least dependable, until Mediacom HAS updated the rest of the area. By the way, I currently have no internet service at the moment. Not sure what's going on with Mediacom but I had to hook up Verizon again just to get online today. I hope Mediacom is eventually able to work out the issues but I need internet connectivity now.
