Internet Speeds Terrible

I've been having this problem for the last 2 or 3 months. The internet speed is under 2 Mbs according to speedtest, and I can barely stream youtube videos or any other videos. Before this happened everything worked perfectly.

Is this occurring at all time throughout the day or just during evening hours? Also, if using a router have you reset/rebooted it?

Most speed loss can be attributed to signal related issues.  If there is a splitter between the modem and the wall outlet you can bypass the splitter to see if it continues to be slow or even try another cable outlet if that is possible. If still no change PM the phone# or account# and I will check things over on my side.

It's occurring all day for the last two months. There' a 2 way splitter, but it's never been a problem before, so I'll pm you the number.

Thank you for the account information.  At the moment, the area signals look good.  I show some signal noise to the modem though.  We will want a technician to get out and take a look at everything for you.  Can I go ahead and set something up?
