I apologize for the problems you have had with the connection. I checked your modem and I see an issue with both the downstream and upstream signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). I also see a significant drop in the downstream received signal the 9th. This doesn't seem to be an area wide issue as other modems on your street still have the same signal levels. This can be caused by a loose or corroded cable connection or possibly a bad splitter. If there is a splitter between the modem and the wall, I would try bypassing that for a little while. Replacing it would be about a $3 fix. If that doesn't help, I would need to have a tech stop by to check everything out at the house.

If there is not a splitter connected from the wall to the modem, it could be a splitter or connector outside. In that case we would need to setup an appointment for a technician to check everything at the home. If you would like I can setup an appointment for you?

The speed test that you posted last looks great. Please keep us posted if there is a significant drop in speed.

we were having no issues for a while then all of a sudden it went bad again? This is horrible to pay 70+ for "high speed" and not get the speed or reliability. I am not sure what happened but it has dropped significantly in the last month. My wife who isn't technical has noticed it and is complaining to me about it. What do we need to do to fix this issue?

I do apologize for the speeds you're getting at the moment. I see that you have posted with us in the past with regard to speed issues. I will check on this for you to see what may be the problem. Can you tell me if you have a splitter connected?

I don't have any splitters on it as we only have internet with you and that is it. I have a coupling in the line but htat is it. i checked all my connections last week and it was fine now it went to crap again???? I can double check them again but i don't think that's the issue.

I checked the modem and am seeing a bad downstream noise level issue.  I would like to get a technician out to get this resolved.   Can I go ahead and set up a time?
