Again internet was unusable tonight for about two hours.  It is back now but going in and out alot.  When it is working, my download speeds are under 1 mbps.

They sent a line maintenance crew out and found the signal good all the way to the ground block. The Tech Ops Supervisor wants me to set up a trouble call for them to check inside the house. Please  send me a personal message as to when you will be available.

Still having issues.  I gave it a month and it is not getting better.  The download speeds have been very volatile. The upload speeds are as expected- when it works at all.  We still get quite a few upload errors when running speedtest.  I work from home so I notice exactly when there are issues.

When the tech was out last,  he changed the ethernet cord and told us if that didn't help, the last resort was a new router.  It was an old router so we did upgrade it.  However, we are still having the same issues so now I am going to assume it for sure is the internet.  Since this issue started, we have changed the coax cable, splitter, line from the pole to the house, modem, ethernet cabes and router.

I want this fixed and fixed soon.  I'm not paying to have internet most of the time, I'm paying to have internet all of the time.

I will escalate this back to the local tech supervisor who was working on this before. The return SNR is out of range at the moment. We will keep you posted once we know more.

Speeds are very slow this evening.  Is there anything else wrong?  Also, can I get an ETA on when my issue from Friday will be resolved.  It is not a consistent issue (which is probably why it has not been fixed after a few months).

I apologize for any confusion, but I stated nothing else is showing a problem in response to your question of 'Is there anything else wrong?'. The same SNR issue is still present and that is what we are waiting on a reply for as this may need further work that a normal tech cannot accomplish alone.

Internet has worked great today until the last hour.  Download speeds have been up and down in the last hour and it is a 50/50 shot if the upload will calculate or if it will error out.  Any word from the TOS?

The speeds are fine today and so far the upload is calculating.  THey were slow last night and the upload speed would error out and not calculate.  I will keep monitoring today.

Speeds were great up until 4PM.  Since then, speeds are up and down (but the ups are not as high as they should be), pings are high, packet loss in many trials, much more jitter than during the day.  Very similar to last night except I have not had any upload errors tonight.
