I would prefer that this happen quickly.  I am so fed up with internet that works some of the time.  I'm not paying for some of the time internet.  I'm paying for all of the time internet.  I work from home and this is absolutely unacceptable.

We are still set to switch to the new headend in just a couple of days. We will keep you posted once we know more about the signal issue.

I have been kicked off my vpn no less than seven times in the past hour and half because of my crappy mediacom internet service.  I am losing my patience with mediacom.  I want a response by early afternoon from the TOS or please give me their phone number and I will call them.

Other modems on the street are not having the same signal issue. The TOS would like to have a tech stop by this afternoon. Would it be alright if we set that up?

Yes and I still had a few issues last night.  I'll watch it today and let you know if I'm still seeing any issues.

By the way, was mediacom's website down last night?  I could get to every other web page I tried but mediacom's.

One question, the tech gave me a new modem.  It is a cisco 2100.  Currently, 3 of the 5 lights are blinking (the pc, data sent and data recieve lights).  Should they be blinking?

I've already been kicked off my vpn this morning so I am still having the issues.  I want someone out here this morning to get it fixed.

We will have another tech out this morning. We have escalated this issue beyond the technical supervisor too.

Is someone coming this morning?  I really need this fixed soon.  I've barely been able to work today and I have a conference call at 2 (but my work phone won't work with this crappy internet service).  When is someone coming?

Well it is now past noon and no one came.  Can you please verify someone is coming?  Yesterday two sets of techs showed up at different times (2:30 and 3:50).  The second set had no idea the first ones had come so do you see my concern?  I'm worried that they think this had been fixed yesterday.

The job is still open for today. Let me check with the dispatch to see where the tech is.

The tech just finished up the job before yours. He will be on his way in just a few.
