Yes, the service call was completed and the tech found that the mediacom cable guy had hooked things up wrong when we got hd a few weeks ago. That being said, the internet was still horrible last night. My husband was trying to stream a movie and couldn't. Download speeds were much lower than normal. Do we have a utilization issue too? Although if there was a utilization issue I would still expect download speeds to be higher than what they were last night. Please help!!!!
