Well, it didn't take long for this to go completely south again. I had my employer check the vpn and it is running fine. They monitored my connection all morning and this is what they had to say.
"Iíve monitored her connection, and her latency is bouncing from low to very high. The range is as low as 28ms and as high as 1539ms, and is going up and down frequently. She reported poor performance while using softphone and video conferencing. Latency at those levels will severely degrade the performance of these services."
While on the personal laptop today (not connected to vpn), I've noticed issues with very slow speeds for a minute and then it kicks back in and works fine. This is happening continuously and I'm assuming is because of the issue above.
I don't mean to yell but, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING AND WHY CAN'T YOU FIX IT???
