Hey guys,

Been haven real bad lag issues in Warsaw. Don't know if its a splitter, modem or something on your end. Was wondering if I could get someone to help me out?

I looked into your internet speed issue and am showing a local utilization issue. I got this emailed up to the local area managers to try and find out what is causing the issue and if they have a fix date. We will keep you posted on progress.

The local manager got back to me already. They have a fix date of 1-15-12 but are working to get that moved up. There is a very large parts replacement that has to be done. Thank you for your patience.

Ok, well at least I know it's not me. Really hope that the repair date is moved up. My gaming is crippled right now. Can't even stay connected to most of the game servers. Please do your best to get this taken care of promptly.

Don't know if you guys did anything but the lag was better today. I had a positive k/d most of today :D And, no dc's from EvE.

I am showing that we are still working on having this fixed. I am seeing an improvement in the signals at the modem. Please keep monitoring this and let us know if there is anymore issues.

Looking at the data from this past week I would say it has been much better.

Your area was removed from the list of pending work, but I do not see a definitive change in the amount of users, so they may have done some re-balancing rather than equipment changes/upgrades to improve the service at your location.

The modem does not indicate any issues in the area or otherwise. What problem(s) are you experiencing now?

Lots of disconnects from the servers that im trying to play on. Im running spy/malware scans now to make sure its not my machine being loaded up w/ junk.
