I'm having slow speed issues again. Eastman ga

fast around 10am to 4pm then dreadfully slow

I do apologize for the slow speeds there. The latest report we received for your area shows that additional servers will be up and running by the middle of September. I will keep an eye on things from here, if anything new comes up we will let you know.

The upstream utilization is only at 35% right now. Are you still the slow speeds with your computer hooked right to the modem?

I just don't see any signal or server issues that would cause the upload speeds to be that slow. Can you try running this on another speedtest server or even another computer?

The list that shows resolution dates for utilization problems was updated and the fix date for your issue is still on for 9/15/2011 as of today.  We will keep you posted if things change.
