Harvest AL Intemittent Signal

Signal has been dropping out every few minuets  for the last couple of days now can't connect at all.

I am showing some signal loss to the modem over the last couple of days but it is online at the moment.  I went ahead and cleared it.  When it came back up I am not showing a computer or router connecting to the modem.  Are you using a router at the moment?  If so, can we try and bypass it to see if this helps?

Local net work is running net no signal from modem I have reset the modem didn't help

Can you plug a PC directly to the modem for me?  I am going to clear the modem again.  Let me know when you're bypassed.

Signals still look great.  I don't see a PC ip address yet.  Can we try and restart?

Did a restart didn't come up. I'm going to plug the router back in and see if a laptop will come up.

Wierd.  The modem still looks great.  We may have a faulty port on the back.  Just to verify, what is the HFC or Cable mac address on the back of the modem?

It must be something with that other computer.  Are you familiar with checking tcp/ip settings?
