New Customer - Need help with setting up an email account

Hello,

I'm a new customer and now have all three services with you. When I was on the phone with customer service, they never did mention to me if you can have an email account and I would like to set up one but not sure how to. Could you please assist me with setting up an email account?

If you go here, input your account# and reg. code (The last 9 digits of your account#)  and hit submit.

On the left side of the new page, you will see a link that says activate email. Fill this form out and it will create your first email address. Once that is done you can go to www.mediacomtoday.com and log in with the account you set up. From here you can add additional emails, change your password, etc.

If you have any problems, with this, please let me know.

Thanks for the information but I don't have an account number or registration code because I had my internet and cable hooked up last week and my phone service just on Tuesday this week.
