Remote Programming - Atlas 1056B01

I installed a new TV this weekend, obviously I had to disconnect everything.  When I reconnected the Motorola (with display) box, the remote wont control the box.  I have followed the various manuals to reprogram the remote; replaced batteries; and the problem continues.  The remote can power up the TV and control the volume, but that is it.

I apologize for the issue and I am looking into this now. Could you tell me the model number of the box you have?
