Open your browser and go to www.MediacomToday.com
. You may need to enter your ZIP code so it can load your local Mediacom page. Click on the blue link labeled “Reset Password/Manage Email Accounts”
1) Enter your entire email address be sure to include @mchsi.com or @mediacombb.net at the end of your email address.
2) Enter your password.
3) Click Reset Password.
4) Enter the answer to your security question.
5) Click Submit.
6) Enter a new password.
a. A valid E-mail password must be 8 to 16 characters long and cannot contain any spaces.
b. Passwords are case-sensitive, so ""OpenSesame"" is different from ""opensesame"".
c. Be aware that the password is private information that allows access to your account. It should not be easy to guess. If you can't easily remember it, please write it down, but keep it in a secure location.
7) Click Submit.
8) You should receive a message stating “You have successfully changed the e-mail password.”
9) If your password did not successfully reset call Internet Technical Support at the telephone number listed on your Mediacom bill.
