On Demand: Error 14

Every time I try to use my on demand  i get the error code 14.
I just had someone over last week to fix a problem that required resetting my cable box.
Is there a way I can have this fixed without having a technician come over?

We can try resetting the box. If that does not work we would have to send out a technician.

If you have more than 1 cable box please include the box serial number.
