Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently

Since early July, my emails to some recipients (the same ones) have been getting bounced back to me with the following message:

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.     

Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:

   * XXXXXX@wvmvcd.org"

Here are the two most recent error messages that were attached as .txt files:

Both of those errors point to an issue on the reciever side.  This would mean that the address you are trying to send to either does not exist (spelled incorrectly or deleted) or the email address is no longer accepting mail (over their quota).  Are you having this trouble with other emails to those domains?  Or is it just these two email addresses?

I have had bounce-back messages like these from multiple email recipients at two domains, and a single recipient at one other domain.

I have successfully sent them all emails via gmail.  I usually work around the problem by forwarding the email to a gmail account and then re-sending it from the gmail account. 

We're working on some time-sensitive projects though, and the delays are becoming a problem.

Are you sending these from an email client like Outlook Express/Windows Mail or in Mediacom Webmail?

I'm sending them through Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Try sending the same message by logging into your email ID on our Webmail site. It is located at https://mail.mediacombb.net. This will help eliminate the email client as being an issue.
