Due d ate extension
« on: February 01, 2013, 12:32:56 PM »
I am always on time with paying my bill in fact I always pay it ahead of time. I am curious if this month I would be able to get a week or two extension this one time? My bill is due the 5th of Feb and if I could pay it between 15th-20th this month that would be great.  Is that possible to let the bill roll over one month and service not be interrupted?

Thanks

If you are a week or so late, there will be no service interruptions. Service interruptions occur only if the service is late 30 days. There will be a $5.00 late charge if it isn't paid within 3-5 days, but that will be the only negative.

ok so as long as I keep it paid within 30 days this month of it being due(which i will) then I will not lose service? do I have to have you note this on my account?

Thanks again for your help

Wayne.

That is correct, you will not lose service if you keep it within those 30 days.  We won't need to note the account that is just a normal practice.
