Nothing currently at this time. We have requested a date for this to be resolved and have yet to get a firm date. We do have this open to be checked on, but no new information has come through at this time.

Have they done some work in my area, I'm noticing a slight improvement in speeds tonight, or is it just a fluke?  Could be because it's Wednesday night, folks at church around here.

I apparently spoke too soon, internet just dropped completely for a few minutes, first time that's happened in a while, and speeds are down not even sure this will post

The fix date for this utilization issue has been pushed back to the end of May.  I apologize about this push-back, we'll be trying to gather some information for you to explain why this delay was necessary.

Just to clarify something for me, for this to occur (to dl and up to be the same) this would absolutely be something to do with sharing the bandwidth wouldn't it.  The upload hardly ever fluctuates.

Also will I continued to be credited on my account until this issue is resolved?  This has been a problem since the day I signed up.  If you guys will continue to credit me until this is fixed, I have no problem working through this and continuing to be patient until we get this resolved.  I feel like we both want a resolution.  I want fast internet, and you want to keep customers.

We have a pool of bandwidth available for download and then upload separately.  The reason why the upload speeds are there at all times is because the downstream bandwidth is where the over-utilization is occurring.  There is still sufficient upload bandwidth available for you to see consistent speeds on the upstream as opposed to the downstream.

In other cases we're suggesting we drop your internet package to slower speed to lower your bill and ensure that you're not paying for bandwidth we can't deliver.  However with your current promotional rate this wouldn't decrease your bill at all.  I'll be taking this issue to my management team to discuss a credit for this issue.
