Thanks for the update. It looks like they are still testing some of the new headend equipment but I don't have a set date when everything is going to be flipped on at the moment.

It looks like the node splits will be done on or around June 24. This should resolve your problem.

Thanks for the update.  I will check back around the 24th to see if there has been any progress.  As of right now the speeds still look the same.

We are now being told everything should be up and running on 7/7. I am ready to see this get fixed just as much as you are.

I can no longer use my home phone which relies on my voip.



I would seriously like to discuss my options as far relinquishing my contract.  You guys have been more than fair with credits and adjustments, but I can't operate at this pace.  It affects my leisure, my job, and my family time.  I've been very patient, but if this is not fixed by the 7th I have no choice but to seek another provider.  This has been a problem since the day I signed up in February and I was assured it would be fixed.  I find it unfair to hold me to a contract especially when a service is not being provided.

It is now 7/8/11 at 2:10 EST, NOT peak and is this what I get on a 20 mbps service.  Granted there are some mornings I see 17-18mbps, but that is the exception not the rule.

This is part of the known issue. This is under work and we should see resolution this month.

So if this is a known issue, why add me as a customer?  Why continue to add people daily as customers?  When can I expect this to be fixed and why post all these dates?  I've been exceedingly patient.

I apologize again about the lengthy fix time on this.  The HFC manager expects to see this issue corrected in the next few weeks.  Your patience is certainly appreciated, the necessary restructuring of your local network to alleviate this over-utilization definitely takes some time. 

We continue to monitor the issue and are listening for any pertinent updates to relay to you.

Any news, we never seem to hit the soft date, gets moved to the next month.
