Unfortunately, I'm still seeing the same resolution date.  However, the latest updates given stated that the installation of the new system is pending.  This was update on 10/25 so we may see the resolution on this moved up from its current date by a bit if all goes well.  We'll keep this thread update with anything new!

Good to hear. Nothing new on our end right now. Fix date is still posted for mid December.

Very very sluggish lately, even on the other side of town at relative's house.  What gives guys, it's been almost a year now.

I show we are still on schedule for the 9th.  We will keep a close eye on this.  I understand this is frustrating and can assure you we will keep on the situation until its resolved.

I am sorry that the speeds are not yet where they should be. I am showing we are still on track for the mid December fix that will resolve this speed issue. Thank you for your continued patience.

Fix is under way, slightly stalled from what I am showing but should be soon. Trying to get an update from the TOM tomorrow.

You guys are going to have your hands full with all the new online gaming systems that arrived during christmas.  I will be moving soon and Mediacom is not offered in the area we are moving to.   I would hope that Mediacom will not hold me to a contract, especially since the service has been well sub par the entire time.  What ya think?

I apologize for the slow speeds and we are working to get this fixed. Once you are ready to move we can have a supervisor review the contract for you to see what we can do.
