Microsoft block list problems

Getting a lot of these today...

You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
<zorak.fishergroup.local #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [108.178.215.154] blocked using Blocklist 1, mail from IP banned; To request removal from this list please forward this message to delist@messaging.microsoft.com and include your ip address 108.178.215.154 .>

Since I made the DNS PTR record change, MS is blocking some of my clients from receiving mail from this IP.
The response I got from MS:

"Thank you for your delisting request SRX1189751617ID. Your ticket was received on (Dec 07 2012 03:30 PM UTC) and will be responded to within 24 hours.
Our team will investigate the IP address that you have requested to be removed from our blocklist. If for any reason we are not able to remove your IP address, one of our technical support representatives will respond to you with additional information.
Regards,
Technical Support"

Anyone else having issues with this? It is really annoying...

I have not received any other reports of this domain being blocked. If you would like to PM your account number or telephone number I can check a few things on this end.
