I do show a signal issue that may be affecting your speeds.  I would recommend that we get a technician scheduled to come out and take a look at this.

When the signals were sent yesterday that pushed the most updated firmware.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific brand or model of box, though you can attempt to swap it out at your local office.  I would recommend that we have a technician come out to check and see what could be going on to cause this.

I am not showing what exactly is causing these high ping times and slow speeds. I show you currently have an appointment scheduled, we will check with you after that is completed to be sure he was able to resolve this issue.

I am not showing anything that would be causing these reduced speeds.  Can you bypass the router and connect a computer directly to the modem to see if that makes a difference with the speeds?

We have brought this to the attention of the area management to see if this is an issue originating from the headend.  Once we have more information regarding this we will let you know.

It is possible that it is only a different numbering pattern for the firmwares.  From my understanding Pace issued a new firmware for these boxes.
