Can we check to see what's happening. When it gets really cold or rains a lot I get very slow speeds. I am wondering if it is the cable that is in th ground from the pole to the house.

I had the same problem with the WD device. I had to hack the device and put a different firmware on so that it would stream better. Once I did that it was smooth sailing after that.

I noticed on your site that it has current customers can get Prime Plus Internet for 14.95 a month for one year. it also has 350 Gigabytes per monthly billing period. Am I able to do this?

I had the same problem with slow downloads. Used that and seem to have cleared everything up.

Are you sure it isnt your machine. I used to have the same issue and they would come out and check everything and find no issues. Had the techs out several times. Turns out it was my machine could not handle the high speed for some reason. Not sure if it had a virus I couldn't find or what. But we upgraded to a MAC G5 desktop and my speeds were lighting fast after that.

Back on Oct 2nd I made a payment online for 38.34 A couple of weeks later I notice the payment had not cleared my bank. I go back in and look to see if I had I missed it but it said my balance was zero. I get a bill today charging me a late fee and said i had not made a payment. Please advise!

Hey man try this with your DNS IP addresses. Use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I use those with great results. They are googles DNS servers.

Like i said the last 3 times I have taken off work all the techs did was come in and run speed tests on the machine and say we dont know what the problem is and didnt check anything on the outside. So I am not taking off work again for that mess.

I am not takeing off work for your tech to come run speed tests on my machine and say I dont what the problem is. That has been the last three times. I am not wasting anymore of my time with your techs. Now if it is on the outside of the house by all means come on out. This is either going to be fixed for freaking turn it off. It never fails if there is something I need to do I can connect to anything. Hell I barley got this site to come on line!
