Hello passow8 and thank you for contacting us here about your service issues. I have looked over your modem and all signal levels are within acceptable range. I am also showing that you are currently provisioned for our Prime service, so what I did was re provision the modem for the correct speeds. I see that you are using a Cisco/Linksys wireless router as well. When you stated that you reset the modem and router, did you power cycle it? The reason I ask is because I am showing that it has been online for 3+ days. Also, how do you have the modem connected? Is the coax cable going straight from the wall yo the modem, or do you have any splitters connected? Once you chaeck all of your connections, please let us know what speeds you get.
