Hello karenm57, we will need some additional information to look into this further. Please send us a PM with a ping & trace to the site you are having issues with from your computer (Without a router connected), and the computers IPConfig info. Hello jvm, after the disconnection is completed the email is subject to be immediately deleted. You are able to have messages forwarded to another email address in the meantime. I have listed steps below on how to forward emails. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know! -Tommy

When logged into our webmail
- Click Preferences
- Click Mail
- Under receiving messages there is a field for forward a copy to.

Good morning skave, we try to make the bury process as painless as possible, but sometimes unforeseen issues may arise despite our best efforts. I have escalated this bury to the technical operations supervisor to make them aware that your cable was not buried, and to expedite the bury. As soon as we have more information we will let you know here.

bpierce, are you able to connect the modem directly from your outlet to your modem. We would like to make sure there is nothing that could pose a problem. If you are still experiencing T3 errors after that we will need to setup another service appointment. -Tommy

Those models of Thompson and Cisco EMTAs are generally sold to internet providers, but can show up on some sites as used. However, we have these modems available for purchase. They are a one time charge of $149.95, and I must note that whatever model is available will be the one that you receive. -Tommy
