Hello Jackie, this issue could be resolved by us sending a reprogramming signal. This would not erase any of your recorded programs, but it will remove any recording setting such as series recordings, future recordings, Etc. The signal will cause your DVR to power off. You will have to power the DVR back on, and it will begin downloading new information. This generally takes 45 minutes for all features to be restored. During this time you will still be able to watch your regular channels. Please let me know when you would like me to send this signal.
