How will I be billed?

You will receive one bill for all of your Mediacom services, including your Mediacom phone
service. Your monthly charge will appear as a line item on the bill. Additional line items for
any charges for optional services such as international calls, Directory Assistance and
Operator Services will also appear on the bill. You will also be billed for federal, state and
local taxes, and governmental regulatory fees and surcharges to recover costs we incur in
providing the service, similar to those charged by traditional phone service providers. You
can also check the full details for your outbound long distance calls online at by clicking ‘My Account.’ Alternately, you may come into the
local office, and we can give you a printout of your calls.
