There are two ways to move components:
1. Right on the portal when you are logged in: When you hover your mouse over a movable component, a two-way arrow will appear. When you see that arrow, you may click and drag the component up or down within the column.
2. While logged in, click on the "Customize" link at the top of the page. Chose Content is used to add/remove content, and/or to select the column you would like to see specific content in. Choose Content: Many of the same choices are available in each column. Choose which column you would like any specific content in by checking the box next to it in the left, middle or right column. Be sure to click "save" when you are done with your selections, and then return to the homepage to see your changes.
