How do I delete an existing user in Mediacom iHelp?
On the MediacomToday homepage, click on Reset Password/Manage Email Accounts
A new window will open: The iHelp Welcome page. Click on the here link in the line that says Please click here to enter.
In the box labeled Username, type in the full email address of the Owner account, then type the password in the Password box, then click Submit.
Next, click on Delete Email in the menu on the left.
The right side of the page will display a list of Associate E-Mail Accounts for the selected owner. Click on the one you wish to delete. If you wish to choose multiple, hold the Control key on your keyboard and click on others. After making your selection, click Submit. Please be aware, deleted accounts may not be retrievable, and the messages within them will be deleted with the account itself.
