Mediacom DNS Server Information

Customers that have set their DNS statically must either set themselves dynamically or replace their DNS entries to one of the below geographically located servers to avoid a service interruption after March 3rd, 2010.

For those customers who reside in: Iowa, Minnesota, Arizona, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Illinois, please set your DNS as the following:

Primary DNS Server:         97.64.187.150
Secondary DNS Server      74.84.119.153

For those customers who reside in: Indiana, Kentucky, Delaware, Kansas, and Missouri, please set your DNS as the following:

Primary DNS Server          74.84.119.150
Secondary DNS Server      97.64.180.153

For those customers who reside in: Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and California please set your DNS as the following:

Primary DNS Server:         97.64.180.150
Secondary DNS Server:     97.64.187.153

It is important to note that any one of these servers will work for your business, but to ensure the quickest server response please select the closest server to your location.  If you have any questions regarding this change, please contact the Business Service Department at 1-800-379-7412.
